Expected to come with a price tag of around Rs. 55,000, the Twister's replacement - Livo - will rival TVS Star City+, Mahindra Centuro, Hero Passion XPro and others in the segment. In Honda's line-up, it will be be positioned above Honda's Dream range.
The multiple spy images of the new bike reveal that the new motorcycle has taken its inspiration from different Honda products including the CB Twister. Though it shares its platform and engine with the Dream series.Despite being an entry-level motorcycle, it looks quite sporty with features such as alloy wheels, chrome heat shield and Twister-inspired red suspension springs.
Powering the Honda Livo will be a 110cc, single-cylinder engine, that mated to a 4-speed gearbox, will churn out 8.25bhp and 8.63Nm.
