Toyota Etios Facelift Front

The new Toyota Etios and Liva models have been updated with cosmetic tweaks features a redesigned V-shaped front grille with a chrome lining on the sedan, while the Liva gets a body coloured lining.The front and rear bumpers have also been completely redesigned and looks leaner than the outgoing version. A chunky looking chrome bar sits on the boot-lid of the sedan. In addition, the side profile gets revised side skirts and new alloy wheels.

4. Furthermore, the Brazilian model gets cruise control, three-point seat belt for the middle passenger, ISOFIX child seat mount and head restraints on the 2016 Toyota Etios facelift. The Indian version however, will continue to get the headrest integrated front seats, seen on the outgoing model. The other features are yet to be confirmed.

5. In terms of power, the India spec Toyota Etios facelift will continue using the 1.5-litre petrol and 1.4-litre diesel engine options on the sedan version, while the Etios Liva hatchback will continue using the 1.2-litre petrol and the same 1.4-litre diesel engines. Both units will come paired to a 5-speed manual transmission.
6. The facelifted Toyota Etios twins are expected to go on sale on September 13 in the country. Prices will be announced then and one can expect the same to see a marginal escalation. More details on the new model will be available in the following days. Stay tuned!
