My optima giving half millage of what promised by company with in 2 months. When I asked dealer he said first u got 3 years warranty. But now he said we don't keep batteries as spares. It cost 5000 rupees to ship ur batteries to company and takes minimum 3 months . And more over u have to bare other charges if problem won't find by company. Heroelectric Armoor, JN motors. Seriously..... Hero ? When I called customer service, they gave me RM number, unfortunately they revealed secrets that they don't manufacturer any product like batteries and spares and body parts and body. They only buy every peace from CHINA ... So they don't have eny technology to test and improve the batteries. So when problem arrives , spares should come from China. Now I realised, I gave my money to china company. Such a useless shit

It takes much time for charging

Apart from the Motor and the battery, it is a junk. Pathetic Suspension, Horrible Head Light, Awkward Sitting Position and Poor Quality of Plastics. Absolutely no Value for Money. Pick up over a Fly over particularly in a traffic is a Nightmare and if you are with a pillion, then only your Good can save you.

Electric bike mileage in 7-8hour charge

I purchased Flash E5. It was a good decision I took. The bike is so smooth and reliable. The mileage in traffic condition is around 40 km per charge which takes close to 4 hours. Beat part is that the battery is removable which makes it very comfortable to charge.

Value for money, childrens are Very happy to find it because no need of license,number plate,helmet (but I suggest must be wear).no need of petrol,save money. But security features are Very poor,meri 2 chori ho chuki Hain,but I bought 3 rd now, because it's save money and environment....I recommend it for teen-agers...speed below 40 so no fear of fatal accident....but don't buy laid battery, prefer lithium battery... because lithium battery have 3 years warranty by company.in three years u save near above 30000 rs.by not buying petrol.

Initially told bike cost 20k lTer it went to 55 k. Less mileage. Too much charging time. Bad quality build.

Tower lines is not reliable for battery status, the display meter doesn't show voltage the biggest drawback of flash E5 lithium ionn. Every 30 to 40 kms of run I have to charge my battery, thinking to install digital voltmeter externally. Maximum speed is also 36 km per hour which is less. Till now I have not face any problem while running, this bike is best for single person and for shortest distance of travel in my opinion

Battery life very poor of any ele bike much more costly than petrol bikes

I have brought a hero electric scooter. Here low quality tire and tube uses in this scooter. But not only tire &tube legs stand low quality. Punture repair is done difficulty.so My opinion hero electric scooter should not buy.
